Cute little cafe with lots of great options for coffee - i really enjoyed the hojicha which had very rich flavor of matcha. My husband loved espresso tonic - he said it's not too sweet!

Service was very nice and explained the drinks very kindly. As for the ambiance, it is a rather small cafe but I really like the interior, it has a colder look to it, but it looks really nice. As for the drink we got a Marble Latte, which was really good. I also got a Yuzu Matcha Tonic. Personally, I didn't really enjoy the drink because it tasted very earthy and had a lingering aftertaste. I think it might be an acquired taste for sure. Otherwise we really enjoyed this cafe!

Love the Bac Xiu and Blueberry matcha here! Not a ton of seating but there's a few tables, bench, and communal area that fits 4-6. Bac xiu was super smooth and blueberry matcha was yummy (sweet but in a nice way, prob could use a tad bit more matcha). They also hand whisk the matcha! Love the interior (stone) and service was great.

It is located in a plaza with plenty of parking, making it convenient to visit. The interior is modern and minimal, though seating is limited. + Black sesame coffee: It's on the smaller side, but the espresso really packs a punch. Love the black sesame cream on top, it's rich and adds a smooth texture. Highly recommend if you're a fan of black sesame! + Espresso tonic: The espresso to tonic ratio was spot on, very impressed! There's a hint of orange, but you can pay an extra $0.50 to add yuzu to it. + Marble latte: This wasn't particularly memorable, it tasted like a standard latte. I'd like to try it cold next time to see if the house-made sweet cream stands out more. + White chocolate orange canele: The crust was slightly chewy with a soft interior, just wish we got it warmed up. Staff was very friendly and helpful when answering any questions I had.

LOCATION: Warner/Bushard PARKING: Lots WHAT WE ORDERED: * Marble Latte ($6.00) * Shaken Vanilla Ginger Latte (Seasonal - $6.50) * Blueberry Oat Milk Matcha ($6.50) I have been meaning to knock out another OC coffee shop, and Re Ca Phe was on the higher rankings on my list. What drew me into this coffee shop was that it was Vietnamese-owned, it looked super trendy, and the drinks looked and sounded promising. Re Ca Phe fell nothing short of my expectations. The Marble Latte was so good! I would come back to order this drink and this drink only. I don't think they have the ginger latte anymore, but it was really strong. You couldn't really taste the coffee, as the ginger was overwhelming. I didn't prefer this flavor combination, as ginger better suits tea than coffee. The blueberry matcha was also just okay, but at least it looked pretty. All drinks were made to order, so it took a while for them to come out. In doing so, you can observe the baristas craft your drink, so that's fun! The shop is really chill and laid back. There's a lot of natural light, creating a serene environment. It'd be a nice place to read a book or catch up with a friend.
